Returns Policy

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice must be given in writing and may be given by mail, fax or email. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of them in which case please comply with the manufacturer's instructions before disposing of hazardous goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we may at our absolute discretion meet the cost of return or a portion thereof.

Our returns policy states that we are happy to exchange or refund merchandise items if returned within one month (28 days) of purchase provided the goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt.

For product integrity reasons we are unable accept a return if it has been opened. Most items are covered for up to one year against manufacturing faults, unless otherwise specified.

Your receipt is your proof of purchase and your warranty.
